Terms & Conditions
- In these conditions, the following expressions all have the following meanings:
“The Publisher” means Go New Forest CIC.
“The Supplier” means the business making an Offer under the Go New Forest Card Scheme, as detailed in this Agreement.
“The Card Holder” means the customer who owns a valid Go New Forest Card.
“Scheme” means the Go New Forest Card Scheme.
“Offer” means any agreed discount or other added goods or services provided to the Card Holder which are unique to the Go New Forest Card Scheme.
- The Supplier agrees by signing this Agreement to provide the Card Holders with the Offer, details of which are given within this Agreement or as amended by the Supplier. The Supplier agrees to accept the Card and provide the offer to parties of up to four individuals, unless otherwise notified to us and stated in the offer details. Groups exceeding four individuals will be at the sole discretion of the Supplier.
- To receive the Offer the Card Holder must present the Supplier with a valid Go New Forest Card. These conditions shall apply to all Offers accepted for publication by the Publisher. Any other proposed conditions which the Supplier seeks to impose shall be void unless incorporated clearly in their offer details.
- Businesses operating within the New Forest District boundary are eligible to join the Scheme. The eligibility of any other businesses operating outside of this geographic area will be at the discretion of Go New Forest CIC.
- Offers submitted by a Supplier must be unique to the Go New Forest Card Scheme and must not be available under any other promotion or scheme.
- The Publisher has the right to refuse offers which are, in their opinion of insufficient value. This will be at the absolute discretion of The Publisher.
- The layout and design of the Offer will be published at the Publisher’s sole discretion and no guarantees will be given as to the positioning of advertisements and the Publisher cannot accept liability for any error or omission. The Publisher reserves the right not to accept a Supplier to the Scheme or to remove a Supplier from the Scheme at its absolute discretion.
- The Supplier is required to place Go New Forest point of sale material in suitable locations within their business.
- The Publisher agrees to publicise the Offer on card.gonewforest.com, social media, e-newsletters, printed material, at local events, and the scheme through various other local media, such as local newspapers, magazines.
- The Publisher will not enter into any dispute between the Supplier and the Card Holder arising from an advertised Offer. Any such dispute will be referred to the person responsible for submitting the offer who will investigate the matter and rectify the situation by whatever means are necessary.
- The Supplier warrants that the Offer does not contravene any Act of Parliament nor is it in any other way illegal or defamatory or an infringement of the British Code of Advertising Practise or such other standards as may from time to time be set by the Advertising Standards Authority.
- The Supplier may change the details of their Offer once per calendar month if they so wish in writing to contact@gonewforest.com.
- Go New Forest sends out periodic communications to the Supplier by email – it is important that you read these emails, as they will be about matters that effect the Scheme. The legal basis for this processing is consent interest.
